I love the stainless steel, it looks great on my counter. The water heats up real fast and has an auto shutoff. It's easy to fill and holds just enough water that I need. __ (JAK1)

   Easy to use, great water heating unit
We received this kettle as a gift from our son, and it has been a game-changer for our busy morning and evening wind-down routines. The only downside was a technical issue with the water indicator compartment. After months of use, the plastic compartment water indicator piece popped off and spilled all the water contained in it. The customer service department was extremely helpful in processing an even exchange with no additional out-of-pocket expense on our end. We are happy we have a new kettle to continue to enjoy our hot beverage routines. __ ( Anonymous)

   Electric Kettle
I love using an electric kettle for making my tea daily. It heats up the water so fast. I like this one because it is stainless steel because we hear about all the horrors of using plastic. It is great for heating up water when cleaning things as well mixed with cold water. It heats up so much faster than on a cooktop. __ (Cherie)
