Awesome performance and value
I've been using pressure cookers for many years. I have a wide variety of sizes but my favorite size is my 23 qt Presto for pressure cooking my gourmet mushroom grow bags. I can fit four 5 pound grow bags in it. I was looking to buy another Presto when another mushroom cultivator in my FB group mentioned the MegaChef 24 qt pressure cooker and how happy he was with it. I ordered it immediately. When it came in I tested it before doing a full on run with my grow bags. It worked as advertised and I couldn't be happier. HUGE!
Love it! Excellent deal that suited any need state I could even IMAGINE! Definitely beats the brakes off my tiny electric pressure cooker, the only thing of note is that 1. Sometimes the weight doesn't rock, but a little tap usually gets it going 2. This product is NOT to be used for pressure frying. __ (Mason)

Works for induction
I love my new induction range but I was not too glad that my pressure canner wasn't induction compatible. The MegaChef works well on induction and has plenty of capacity for jam, sauce, even sterilizing mushroom substrates. Mega Chef Pressure Cooker
Verified Purchase Sep 16, 2025 Mega Chef Pressure Cooker We purchased this to can our abundance of tomatoes. It works so smoothly - the lid fits well, the pressure gauge works, and the wobble, though different from what we’re used to, is perfect. It holds 7 quart jars. It comes with the inner base plate. The gauge was already attached, which is nice. We’ve tried to use our older canner with a new gasket and a new gauge and wobble to no avail.
