I like how it looks in my kitchen, the hot water is really hot and the cold water is refreshing cold it’s not really really cold but it’s still cold, it’s noisy every time I get water but I guess that’s normal. __ (Julie)

The water dispenser is working just fine. The water is very cool but not ice cold and the hot is HOT. The manual is not good. Could not understand the setup instructions. Looks like someone from a foreign language wrote it. Tried calling company twice. Was on hold for a long time then sent me to an answering service.    Great dispenser, Questionable Customer Support
The water dispenser itself works great and met my expectations—it’s efficient, convenient, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Unfortunately, mine did break in less than a year, which was disappointing but not entirely unexpected since things can wear out. What really made the situation frustrating was the customer service experience. It took weeks to get a replacement, and throughout that time, emails and calls often went unanswered. The lack of communication made an already inconvenient situation much worse. In the end, I did receive a replacement, and it’s working fine, but there’s no excuse for the difficulty in getting support. Great product overall, but MegaChef really needs to improve its customer service process. __ ( Anonymous) 
   Broke, but was sent a free replacement
Broke after a few months, but I reached out to the Mega Chef company and they sent me a replacement for free! FYI when it broke, it was the piece that goes into the water jug that stopped sucking up water. Other than that, when it works it works great. __ (Kyla)
